What??? Spyware still taking affect on my computer??? Help!

I had spyware in my computer recently (though I think it might still be in there) and I tried Spybot Search & Destroy, Ad-Aware, and Spysweeper, but none of them could get rid of all of them. One thing still stuck, called CoolWebSearch. Then I learned here that I had to use CW Shredder, and it got rid of it. Now when I do a scan with anything it says there is no spyware...But when I had the spyware, my program Diablo II was lagging when normally it works fine. Even after the spyware was gone Diablo II and a couple other programs still lag. Is there any way to fix this?
