What should I keep?

I currently have the following .NET Framework showing under ADD\REMOVE
Programs:
..NET Framework 1.1
..NET Framework 1.1 Hotfix (KB886903)
..NET Framework 2.0
..NET FRamework 3.0

I also have the following MSXML listed:
MSXML 4.0 SP2 (KB925672)
MSXML 4.0 SP2 (KB927978)
MSXML 4.0 SP2 Parser & SDK
MSXML 6.0 Parser (KB927977)

DO I need to keep all of these on my system or can I delete the older
versions and just keep the latest version on the system?

If somebody could advise me on this I would be grateful

Leave 'em.... they dont' take up enough space to warrant corrupting
your file system....

Some programs need to find an older version of MS .net Framework, it depends
on your installed applications.

Are there any apps on the system that need .Net? It's not needed by XP.
Also although many programs that were designed for an older version of .Net
run ok on later versions, some don't. So it gets down to whether you have
any program that need any of those versions. If not then delete them if you
want or just leave it.

Leave the MSXML as it is.

My usual advice is that since the .net framework files use very little
disk space, and since more and more programs are coming out that use
them, most people might just as well leave them all in place. Even if
you don't need one of them now, you likely will soon.

I agree. No problem with keeping them. Just giving the OP some options. I
have not seen much proliferation in apps that use .Net though. Maybe I'm in
too much of a cocoon, eh?
