What needs to be purchased?

I have 5 employees in my office where I want to let them log into the office
via Remote Desktop to one machine to run a proprietary database program for
data entry. They can and will be needing to log in concurrently. I am
needing to know what flavor of Windows Server Software I need to purchase and
what kind of licenses I will need to go with it? The employees will be using
a mix of machines from WindowsXP to Vista (No Macs) and will possibly be
logging in from different locations from time to time.

XP and Vista is limited one access session. So you should have a windows
terminal server with 5 TS licenses.
