Excel I have a large (62pages) excel file that needs to be sent as a pdf but it is only exporting half !?

So I have this very large data rich excel spreadsheet which extends to 62 landscape A4 pages. I need to send it as a pdf. I have used the export as a pdf function under the print menu (I am on Microsoft Office for Macs 2016) - and that seems to do okay - except that half of the data (from row 200 onwards) is missing. Any ideas how I can get it to do the whole of the file? Is it something to do with the print area (currently a print area is not specified - it is just set up to scale to 45% etc).

Any particular reason you want to send it as a PDF and not a work book ?

Because it needs to go to client in a format that cannot be (easily) changed.
