What is the True Vector Service

Hey there all,
ive been getting alot of these true vector service errors in my event viewer
and i was wondering if they had anything to do with my explorer crashing at
ramdom times?

The error message reported is as follows

TrueVector engine: File "F:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\MURRAY.ldb" was corrupt
and has been copied to "F:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\xDB11.tmp". File
"F:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\MURRAY.ldb" was corrupt and has been deleted.
