XP Freeze up

What is the solution to this problem. Whenever I got to certain websites. ie
crackwebsites etc my computer freezes up and I have to reset it.

I got this Error from the even viewer.

TrueVector engine: File "D:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\IAMDB.RDB" was corrupt and
has been copied to "D:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\xDBE.tmp". File
"D:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\IAMDB.RDB" was corrupt and has been deleted.

I know its Zone alarm but what shall i do with it

OS XP HE

zone alarm 4.538.000

The serious answer is to try to re-install zonealarm. The less serious
answer is (but one that should be considered), if it hurts when you go to
crack website, then don't go there anymore.

Disable your anti-virus and firewall before going to crack sites. This
way you will get the files installed on your PC that you need.

I did uninstall and reinstall the zone alarm and disable the logging in
Zonealarm. Seems OK now.
