Did you Google?
"run32.exe" yields 1400+ hits. Trojan/Worm! Probably SirCam

This one:
http://www.f-secure.com/v-descs/sircam.shtml
dicusses various files including run32.exe and rundll32.exe as relates
to the infection

rundll32.exe should be a valid Win NTx file. Check it's properties.
Update your A-Virus and Anto-Trjan software.

Thanks Tom, (".dlll" ?) ;-)
Ah. I must have mixed the "dll"s ""32"s, "exe"s, and "run"s
together!

Sorry OP. My mistake. I think perhaps my prior post may not apply.
I have nothing on run32.dll. What (if anything) is in it's
Properties page? It is not to my knowledge a Microsoft file. Do you
find it listed in the registry? Where?

I think you may be right Mark, and this is just the sort of confusion
virus-writers rely on. I don't have a run32.dll on any of my Win98 or Win2000
installations, even though a search on google might lead you to think it is a
genuine file.
I would agree with Mark's guess - check if it's a virus.
