what is "ctfmon"?

In my startup list: ctfmon keeps showing up.even after I uncheck the box in
msconfig.

the location is c:\windows\system32

win xp home

anyone?

Removing the Ctfmon.exe might cause problematic behavior in your Office XP programs, so removing it
is not recommended. To prevent Ctfmon.exe from running, follow these steps.
