What happened to insert database command in Word?

Word used to have an "insert database" command and icon -- and I cannot
locate it in the current, ribbon-y (argh...) Word.

Look in Office button | Word Options, Customize for the Insert Database
option, and add it to the Quick Access Toolbar.
