What does webbot-self mean in front page 2003

I'm trying to insert a form on a page for a suggestion box, every time submit
is hit it is going to a error page with webbot self. Any Ideas

Have you http:// published the web to a server running the FrontPage
extensions?
Have you created the form in a server based web?

I am having the same problem today, i know that i have frontpage server
extensions on and running in FP. if anyone can help i would really
appreciate it!
