form webbot

i'm trying to set up a data collection form that mails to my email address on
pressing SUBMIT. however, once submit is pressed, it says 'page cannot be
found' with the address [mydomain]/--WEBBOT-SELF--. i have set everything up
according to numerous tutorials but with the same result. i thought it was a
problem with server extensions but my server has them.

any ideas please?

Did you http publish (not FTP) to the remote site with the FP server
extensions?

Do you have the confirmation page built and published?

Did you ask your host to set up the forms to email transport for your
account?
