Right click in a day view of your calendar and select Other Settings. You will find the option there.

After furious head scratching, Bill Johnson asked:

| specifically. Under the Options section, I selected Calendar Options.
| Is it part of the Planner Options button. That button shows two
| sections, Meeting Planner and Group Schedule. Which of these check
| boxes controls whether a clock is represented or not? Is it
| controlled by the person who set up the group calendar?
