What controls set do you use?

I have been using ComponentArt for asp.net and find it a great set of controls.

Anyone else use Telerik, ComponentOne, or infragistics, or something else?

What is regarded as the best one?

I use ComponentArt, Telerik, Infragistics, and DevExpress in my projects.
I've found there is no best single one. Each has some fantastic features.
Telerik has exceptional styles for all their controls making them it very
easy to create visually stunning apps. DevExpress' GridView has some unique
sub-tab features heirarchical items, ComponentArt has a fantastic
client-side model and a chart that's second-to-none. Infragistics has some
very powerful Excel capabilities for use in Web Apps.

In some projects, I've used all of these together. I've also used SyncFusion
as they have some fantastic controls for generating PDFs and Diagrams in
addition to their Excel components.

Basically, it's impossible to name any of them as the best since they all
offer mature components with great feature sets. It is primarily up to the
requirements of your project, how you like to work (all server-side, a mix
of server and client, lots of Ajax features on client with some server
callbacks, etc.) Both Infragistics and Telerik offer probably the easiest
styling of all of them with the largest range of visual styles. DevExpress
is also close behind, but mostly because they lack the number of styles that
Telerik or Infragistics does. ComponentArt makes awesome controls that are
fairly leightweight, but take a bit of extra time to get styled since they
don't have built-in styles (though they do have some good looking examples
in their sample gallery).

Hope this helps,
