Corel and Paint shop X keep popping up offering free trial and then billing.
Don't want to buy them, is there a free downloading I can get to open Jpg's,
and other extensions on my email attachments?

Not an Outlook issue.

Windows supports opening jpg-files out of the box with Picture Viewer,
Internet Explorer and Paint.
Microsoft Office also includes a Picture Manager.

How is this related to Outlook? Have you tried Google for assistance?

You don't need any third party application to open .JPG files on a Windows
machine. If you are receiving prompts for Corel and Paint Shop it is
because trial versions of these applications are installed on your machine
and have associated themselves with .JPG files. Remove them using
Add/Remove Programs if you do not wish to keep them.

Depending on your version of Windows you can associated .JPG files with
Internet Explorer, Microsoft Paint or the Microsoft Picture Viewer (which is
the default in XP).
