What apps uses the file attributes: title, subject, author, keywords, comments?

Right click on a jpg file, properties->summary, there are several editable
fields:
title, subject, author, keywords, comments

Other than windowXP itself, is there any third party apps that uses these
fields? Perhaps some photo viewers can display the title under each
thumbnail? Or perhaps some web albums can upload the title as a label for
the photo?

The freeware Picasa2 can display the
file name, caption or resolution. And
right click / properties will display the
EXIF info.
