welcome screen startup

how do i get the welcome screen to show from the admin
account when the screen saver comes on? it gives me the
windows nt type box to log on and only the admin(myself)
can log on. i have two accounts set up and it is on a
ntfs partition

Control panel -> User Accounts -> Change the way users log on or off -> Use
the Welcome screen
