Webpages disappears...

Every time I load a webpage, i can see the page during
the downloading of all the pictures, texts, so on... but
when the page is done, then it changes to a blank page.

For some websites it is working correctly, but for a lot
I'm getting a blank webpage.

Is that the firewall, the internet options...???

I'm getting the same thing but only on one of the users

set up on my machine. This seems to indicate personal
settings somewhere, but where?
