webpage size

a couple of days ago whenever I open a webpage in internet explorer they open
in the ruduced size and I have to click the restore button to get the full
desktop size page. I think I had this problem before but I can't remember
what I did to fix it. This is really aggravating, help please. Thank you

Open a web page. Make sure only one browser window is open at the time. Instead of using the Maximize button, drag the corner of the browser window to the corners of the screen. Hold down the Shift key while clicking on the red close button. The next time a browser is opened it should remember that size. The exception is popup windows opened from script in a web page.

You can try...
Resize/Maximize the window and then hold CTRL key when closing it.
Maybe...
Right-click on the IE icon and go to Properties. Under the Shortcuts tab,
set the Run to Maximized.

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
