WebEx Alternative for Remote Administration

Is there a tool alternative to webex where i can
run it on my webserver so that people can install it on
their machine so that i can administer their tool remotely.
the reason for this is following:
WinXP home can't do remote administration so
I'm forced to isntall third party tools which is time consuming.
Even if that goes well often i'm forced to open ports on the routers,
firewalls etc and forward opened ports to the correct machine,
with webex all i need opened is port 80.
RealVNC does somethhing similar with it's Java applet but it
still needs to be installed by a user on their machine which is a hastle.

No matter what you use it will require some sort of install on the user
machine. Some options that are a little easier to install are things
like http://www.logmein.com which works through port 80 so no router
configuration required. If these are simple one off scenarios you might
also want to try https://www.copilot.com/.
