Web Remote Desktop

Ok, maybe someone here can tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Goal:
Access my laptop at my house remotely from work.

Home Computer Config:
2 PC's both with Windows XP Home.

1 Laptop with Windows XP Pro, IIS, Remote Desktop Web
Connection installed, "Allow useers to connect remotely"
is enabled in the System Properties - Remote Tab.

Home Router Config:
Static IP, Liksys BEFW11S4 - Port forwarding includes 80,
443 and 3389 to laptop.

What I've tried:
1.
http://staticip/tsweb/default.htm and have gotten remote
desktop web connection screen.
2.
I've typed in the IP address of my laptop and clicked the
connect button.

The error:
I get "VBScript Remote Desktop Disconnected
Client could not connect to remote computer. Remote
computer might not be enabled or the computer might be
too busy to accept new connections. It is also possible
that the network problems are preventing your connection
Please try connecting again....."

Notes:
I've tried inserting random ip addresses that are not on
my home network and get the same error message. If I
type in the laptop name, I get a different error
message, "Specified Remote Computer cannot be found..."

Any guidance is appreciated. TIA.

Leave the address field blank and just click on
the "Connect" button once you get to the log in
