Web remote desktop Error "VBScript: Remote connection Disconnected"

J

John Bixtis

Hi all,

I am trying to connect from work to my home server, which is always on with
IIS running and web remote desktop enabled.

I manage to see the IIS default page and I enter the name of the server but
then it fails to connect displaying the following error.

[VBScript: Remote connection Disconnected]
The client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote connections
might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new
connections. It is also possible that network problems are preventing your
connection. Please try connecting again later. If the problem continues to
occur, please contact your administrator.

It does it all the time. It doesn't prompt for a username or passoword.
I have opened a port on my gateway at homem and if I am at home I can
connect to it without this problem. Any ideas?

Kind Regards,
John
