ever since I've switched to dsl certain websites i go to
have boxes with little red x's in them instead of graphics
i've spent hours on the phone with techs and the last one
cost 35 dollars. its still not fixed

Simple fix.


Clean your Temporary Internet Files (Folder).
If still no joy then have a look at this page for other
issues.
