Web Pages do not Load Completely in IE 6

i am using Internet Explorer as my default browser. Unfortunatrle....
there are times when a web page does not completely load. it seems
that just the top portion of the page loads. Then when I hit the
"Stop" button, most, if not all, of the page will then load.
Oftentimes, however, the page still won't load even after hitting the
"Stop" button. I recently reformated.... and did a clean install....
and have updated WinXP, except to SP2. There was a time when the
pages did load completely, but i dont know exactly what point they
stopped, or what precipitated it. I have run spybot and Norton's
Anti-Virus, and have no trojans or othr infections. Any idea what
might be causing this problem?

Hi Scamper..

Not sure if i'm replying correctly but i'm curious if you've figured
out your problem cuz i'm dealing with the same.
