Wallpaper

<I hope this is the right place to post this>

1.)I recently installed a program that has a wallpaper
changer on it (Boost XP I think). I decided to uninstall
it, but when I did something strange happened. When I
went to change my wallpaper a couple of days later, the
list box with them all in was disabled (As well as the
browse button and centre/tile/stretch). I reinstalled it,
but still it would not change. Does anybody know what the
problem is?

I looked in the registry and there aren't any keys that
disable the desktop in any way

Restore Desktop and screensaver tab (line 128, right column)
