Wallpaper Master

This one was mentioned here recently, and I said I'd check it out.

Well, like all the rest except WallMaster, this one cannot resize
oversize and undersize wallpapers to fit the screen without either
distorting the aspect ratio or cutting off parts of the image.

Once again, the ONLY wallpaper manager I know of that can properly
resize images is WallMaster - and the built-in one in KDE on Linux.

WallMaster is not freeware, but has a free version which some might
consider "crippleware" because it only allows 50 images per showlist.
However, it does allow an unlimited number of showlists which I've
been living with for the last two years. I would really like to find
one that can handle entire directories at a time, but it looks like
I'll have to shell out for WallMaster to get one to do that AND handle
the images properly.

<sigh> Wallpaper Master looked really good until it blew the image
resizing. I mean, why bother having the options to "Center", "Tile"
and "Stretch" without proper maintenance of aspect ratio?
