Waht Happened To My Internet Explorer Or What Happened To MSN ??

Just an hour ago everything was going fine.. now when i launch Internet Explorer to MSN main-Home Page I get these



1- It takes for ever to launch the page!
2- The ( Sign In Tab) located on the uper right side of MSN main Home Page Has Disappeared!! It's replaced By a Red X
3- Main Advertisment Window to the right would not launch!
4- It says : (1 Item Remaining) downloading Picture!! But never does open up
5- I Cannot use net passport to sign in to check my mail
Im getting an error message : Explorer wants to clos

My Win XP Pro is updated and never have any problem for a yaer or so.
Is It Me Or What?
Please Help m

Hotmail users logged out

The Hotmail online email service, operated by Microsoft, was down for most
of the day, affecting "a significant portion of MS customers".

The world's largest software maker says that Hotmail, as well as MSN
Messenger and other related services operated by its MSN Internet business,
have been down most of Friday (US time).

"We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and disruption this may be
causing our customers," a Microsoft spokesman said.

Microsoft says it has identified the cause of the problem, adding that
service would be fully restored within a few hours.

No customers are at risk of losing data.
