msn explorer comes up for me to sign in when try to open IE

After I installed SP2, the MSN explorer sign in comes up when I try to open
Internet Explorer. I have DSL and I should always be connected. It never
did this before I installed SP2. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Start/Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs/Set Program Access and
Defaults/Custom/"Choose a default Web browser" select Internet explorer
