MSN explorer error meassage

When i open up MSN explorer sign in window,i get an error message---

The specified module could not be found.
UNICOWS.DLL

Can someone please tell me what this means ? i am having trouble using MSN
explorer ever since i began using broadband.
Any help please?

I have the same problem and by accident discovered it has something to do
with the "emotions icons", I THINK. However i cannot get anyone to answer
this for me.
