W3SVC error in event log

Hi, I hope some one can help me with these errors appearing in the
Event Log:

1/
Source: W3SVC
"The service could not bind instance 1. The data is the error code"


2/
Source: Serial
"No parameters subkey was found for user defined data"

I wonder if I am missing a required component in the image.
