Event Log Error/Warning, Source = W3SVC

I am receving the following error/warning in my event log
and I cannot find information to resolve.

Server Failed to Load Applicaton '/LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT
The Error was 'No such interface Supported'

Source:W3SVC
Event ID:36
