W2k3 SBS Fax Service and Fritz Card PCI

Hello, i tried this configuration but dont get it working.
Only working with active cards (AVM B1...) ?
Anyone has experience with this ?

What is the error you encounter? You are not able to send faxes or receive
faxes? Please provide some more details on what fails.
