W2K reboots all by itself

I have a customer who has W2K server set up and the server
reboots itself about 2 -3 times a day. We replaced the
power supply and now it is rebooting about 5 times this
morning all by itself... HELP !!!!! what could be wrong?

Startup and Recovery
Remove the check mark in the Automatically Restart
