Hi,
I have windows2000 advance server with active directory

& Remote Access on there i add my server after i right
click on my server for configuring & enable VPN.on there i
am getting all option like configure & enable, disable,
referesh,rebuild server list,all task & more.but in that
menu configure & enable routing & remote Access this
option is not highlighting (i am not able to select that).
so i am not able to install VPN also.

Goto Administrative Tools -> Routing and Remote Access snap-in.
Right click on the server and then go with the "Configure Routing and Remote
Access Server"

Thanks,
Manjari.

Are both these options disabled?
Configure Routing and Remote Access Server
and

Thanks,

No only one Configure Routing and Remote Access Server
this option is disabled.

Sounds like RRAS is already configured. If you want to re-configure your
server, disable RRAS and then you will have the "Configure RRAS" option
enabled which will pop up a wizard and take you through the configuration
steps, where you can specify if you want the server to support dialup/VPN
clients etc.

Thanks,
Sharoon
