VPN Won't Connect - Error 720

Hello!

I'm having trouble connecting to my VPN with one system. My other systems
on the same network connect without any problems to my work VPN, however, one
system does not. It won't connect to ANY VPN.

Upon connecting, I get "Registering your computer on the network...", then
"Error 720: A connection to the remote computer could not be established.
You might need to change the network settings for this connection."

I've tried manually selecting the protocol, doing the TCP/IP stack reset
through NetSH, deleting the connection, removing and reinstalling TCP/IP on
the connection, etc, to no avail. Help please! I need this connection to
work.

I'm running XP SP2, no firewalls other than the Windows firewall and using
Symantec Enterprise AV.
