VPN connection ERROR

Hi all colleagues,

Recently, when I try to connect our VPN I get the error:
The connection attempt failed because of failure to encrypt data. (Error 768)

I tried to get the OAKLEY log in order to check the IPSEC errors but I get
the following:

Do any one have a clue about this issue?

Dear Robert,

Encryption can't be disabled as it's essential for the connection. I tried
everything even resetting all the TCP/IP stack with no result.
It seems the IPSEC/IKE is having problems and I can't restore them back.

Resetting the winsocks has resolved the issue, I got that solution from MS
directly. The command to do so is <netsh winsock reset>
