vpmsece4.dll in Outlook 2003

I'm getting an error in Outlook when opening every email that vpmsece4.dll
can't be loaded. I didn't find the file so no wonder. How do I get the file
or stop the error from popping up? I can still read the email so don't know
what I'm missing.

To resolve this issue U need close Outlook app, find a file extend.dat, located at %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\extend.dat and remove or rename this file. During next start of Outlook app this file will be created again, and this error about vpmsece4.dll will be resolved.

Hello,

I had the vpmsece4.dll error on a cople of werkstations after migration form symantec versie 11 to symantec entpoint protection version 11.
I removed the extend.dat on the werkstation and the error was gone.
