Volume can't be defragmented

Hi,

I get a 0% defragmentation on Disk volume. Then, I run the Check Disk
option(fix & recover sectors). Afterwards, when I defragment again, I get the
same report: volume defragmentation 0%.

I shall be gateful if someone would tell me what is going on in my disk and
how I can fix it.

What's to tell? Apparently the drive isn't fragmented. What makes you
think it is?
