VNC or other type of remote control

Hi
I need to remote control many of our customers (not in the same time)
They have XP (home, pro) and vista PC's.
Is there any option to use, like UltraVNC, RealVNC or something, but in the
DLL or Activex form?

Thx

UltraVNC's Single Click comes to mind if you are offering assistance.
Remote Desktop/Remote Assistance also.
TeamViewer is a good overall solution.

I don't know what it is you are going for just from the "in the DLL or
Activex form" comment - so you may wish to elaborate...

Hi
have tryed singleclick, but it is too slow, and does not work without port
forwarding from my side because I have a router and do not know
how to configure it (have tryed with http://portforward.com/ but no luck)
I need activex or dll version because I can develop small exe, send it to my
customer, and that exe can read my customer (dynamic) IP, write it into
some database on the web (MySql) with their logged name, and I can read that
IP and connect direct.
have found such thing (two activex controls, client and server) and they are
very fast, no firewwal and router problems,
but site has not some "normal" way to buy it, just paypal link, so I am not
happy with that.

Single-Click can be sped up.
TeamViewer sounds perfect for you.

Although if you are helping people - you really should know how to configure
your own stuff (router) first. ;-)

Although - to be honest - it doesn't sound like you meant to forward a port
(although that is necessary) - but use a dynamic DNS service. (DynDNS.org
comes to mind.)

What type of 'customers' are these? What are you helping them with?

Ok, can you give me some hint?

TeamViewer sounds perfect for you.

Yes, but we are two supporter and licenses are not cheap fo commercial use.

We are software developer (database software) and trust me, we have tryed...

Yes, tryed that and no-ip service. Both of them refuse to work with our
router.

that's customers with small knowledge of PC stuff. Some time we need to go
there and see why they can not print, some time
because sending them deleted report (XML file) and import them into our
software etc.
