Visual C# standard or Visual Studio Pro ?

Hi!

I wonder if it's enough to have Visual C# standard edition to develop
for the pocket pc (PPC2003 .NET) or if you must have Visual Studio Pro
2003. Since the prices are really not the same between both dev tools.

You need at least Visual Studio 2003 Professional for Smart Device
programmability - the single language products (Visual C# and Visual
Basic.NET don't include Smart Device functionality).

Smart device programmability is not supported in the single language
products. You need to have VS.NET 2003 any version. See also this FAQ:
