Vista Welcome Center

The Vista Welcome Center does not display at startup. When I start it from
the Control Panel it works and the box is checked to have it start
automatically.
Where can I look to see why it doesn't start by itself?
Thank you, Larry

Hi Mark, thank you for the response. the checkbox "Require Users to press
Ctrl-Alt-Delete" was not checked. However, it occured to me that several
days ago I had turned "User Account Control" off in the control panel. As a
test I tuned it back on and re-booted. On boot this time the Welcome Center
started up OK. I guess the lesson learned here is that if you want User
Account Control Off and you still want Welcome Center to start at boot you
need to put a shortcut for the Welcome Center in your Startup Folder.

Thank you,
Larry
