Vista Update Problem

I have one automatic update that keeps wanting to install itself no matter
how many times I install it. It just keeps popping up and saying I have an
update when I've already installed it multiple times over several days. Any
idea how I can keep this from happening?

The problem update is "MSXML 4.0 SP2 Security Update (KB927978)."

I have the same problem with the same file and another one, 925672. I have
manually started the update process at least three times. History shows the
updates completed at least 10 times. I've deleted the updates thru the
uninstall process and deleted the files. They are still there.
