Vista PC gave a Blue screen now wont Boot even to BIOS

Hiya everyone, kinda new here and posting my first tech question. I just got my PC brought out to me and everything was fine when it got here, i plugged it up to my new monitor through an DVI to HDMI cable. Everything was working great for about 2 hours when I was given a blue screen with some memory dump error. Now i cant even boot my computer to the BIOS screen, or at least says "No Signal" It sounds like everything is working inside i.e HDD fans are one lights are blinking as normal. Any help with my situation will be much appretiated. Just ask me what you need and ill supply you with the information
