Vista - Outlook 2007 -I am not receiving all of my emails-help

I am not receiving email messages from certain companies and individuals that
are on the safe sender list. I was just wondering if anyone has any
suggestions on fixing this issue.

If you are receiving all other mail, then either the missing mail is in the
Junk Folder,or being perminently delated by rules, or being blocked by your
anti virus/spam application, or your ISP if you have AV or Spam blocking
supplied by your ISP
Log on to your ISP web mail and check whether its there

Have you checked your mailbox using a web client to see if the messages are
actually reaching the mailbox?
