Vista Not Showing Second HDD

Computer Specs: Nforce 680 Sli, Nvidia 8600 GTS, 2 SATA Optical Drives, 2
SATA HDD

From the device manager I can see all my HDD. However, 1 of my HDD (the one
that vista is not installed on) is not accessible for storage. I'm not sure
how to make this drive active and usable (it is enable and says that it is
working properly).

Any input/help is GREATLY appreciated! Thanks

HI, gtg,

Right click Computer and select Manage,
After the next window opens, select Disk Management.

Go to full screen to see all the disk drives.

Right click on the blank drive and select New Simple Volume.
OR
Select Action at the top and select All Tasks.

Just follow the screen prompts,
