Vista mail deleted files wont delete

When I try to delete my deleted files it says there is an error. I cant even
get into properties through file.

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista

Ignore the title, it works for all folders.

Download>save>install.
