Vista has to find drivers for sound card and ethernet every boot

Every time I shut down my computer and then start it up again Vista has to
open this "Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program" to find my
drivers for my sound card and my wireless ethernet card. This is the most
annoying thing considering it takes like 5 minutes to find the drivers on my
computer.
HELP ME SOMEONE!

I'm not sure how "Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program" is
involved in your driver issues, or why you're seeing it open when drivers
are being found. It's not a program that installs drivers. To turn it off,
go to Control Panel (Classic View) > Problem Reports and Solutions, and, on
the left side of the window, under "See also", click on Customer Experience
Improvement Settings. Choose "I don't want to join the program at this
time." Post back if your sound and wireless issues persist...
