Virus warnings

I downloaded all my email on my laptop this evening and found I had loads of
virus warnings from my virus checker. Seems there's alot of false email from
Microsoft and various ones saying that my mail was undeliverable to various
ISPs.

I've found if you are using Outlook Express or another email program that
allows you to create Message Rules you can get rid of these before they are
ever downloaded to your mail. Create a Mail Message and chose 'Delete it
from server'. Put a mark next to 'Subject' or 'From' (or both) and enter
the words in those fields.
