Virus on c:\windows\System32\aupdate.exe

Pccillin 2003 (updated) has detected that a trojan virus
has infected a file called c:\windows\System32
\aupdate.exe. Can I safely delete this file? If I do that,
can I use Windows Update to repair any damage? Or do I
need to take any other action?

Thanks.

This is not a Windows file...follow the directions of
your anti-virus program.
