Virtual Machine security patch

Good day all,

My security software warned me that there's a
vulnerability in the MS Virtual Machine. Someone suggest
i should install the following patch:

It seems that this patch is for Windows2000. My PC is
running Windows XP. Is this patch also applicable to XP???

There are three files to download at this site once all three are installed you will have MJVM build 3810 which has the patch you mentioned included

Go to the Windows Update web site, and if you need the Java VM 3810 for your machine, it will be offered for download.
