Viewing an Additional Mailbox

My boss has set permissions for me to view his mailbox.
I can view his inbox, calendar, etc via the File Menu,
Open Anothers..., even though I've added his mailbox so
it appears in my Folder View, I can't actually view his
mailbox folders. What do I need to do to to view is
mailbox from my Folder List?
